Termination of Covenants and Servitudes

Restrictive covenants may be terminated by: (1) merger; (2) release by all beneficiaries; (3) changed conditions rendering the purpose of the restriction obsolete; (4) abandonment by beneficiaries; (5) condemnation; or (6) expiration of the stated period.
